Research Committee Meeting

October 6, 2010


The MPA Research Committee consists of professionals who manage the research function at MPA-member companies. The Committee reviews the latest developments and trends in the measurement of magazine audiences, and in documenting the effectiveness of magazine advertising. The Research Committee meetings held monthly from September through June often feature industry experts as guest speakers, as well as an open forum for discussion. Recently featured presenters include the MPA Reader Experience study conducted by Northwestern University; What's New in Ad Recall Research (through companies presenting their services), review of Worldwide Research Symposium best papers, and agency panel discussions on magazine resarch issues. If anyone managing research at an MPA-member company is interested in joining, please contact Wayne Eadie, SVP/Research at weadie@magazine.org. Members located outside the New York area are highly encouraged to attend when in the vicinity.
